This mobile app UX/UI case study explains how we redesigned the Ficohsa Seguros digital experience through a clearer structure, improved navigation, and faster decision flows. In addition, the new interface reduces friction and creates a more intuitive insurance experience for users.
The Challenge
Ficohsa Seguros needed a comprehensive solution to design its mobile application. Without user stories defined by the Product Owner, the only resource available was a User Story Map. This posed the challenge of structuring clear and efficient user flows based on limited information.
Our Solution
1) Definition of user flows
