The Challenge
Facturas AI is an Adsoft product focused on automating invoice processing through artificial intelligence.
Their vision was clear: to create a tool capable of reducing time and costs in accounting processes, replacing manual tasks with an intelligent and 100% automated digital experience.
They hired us to lead the complete UX/UI design of their web application, mobile application, and the redesign of their visual identity, under my unlimited design subscription model.
The challenge was to build a functional and modern solution that communicated efficiency, reliability, and technology.

The process began with a collaborative ideation phase alongside the Facturas AI team, where we conducted discovery workshops, defined workflows, and validated with the ideal user: business owners and accounting assistants who process invoices manually.
