Our participation was key to the MVP construction process, as the UX/UI design solution provided a clear path for the different teams. The prototype provided clarity to the business and product engineers.
The Challenge
Ficohsa Seguros needed a comprehensive solution to design its mobile application. Without user stories defined by the Product Owner, the only resource available was a User Story Map. This posed the challenge of structuring clear and efficient user flows based on limited information.
Our Solution
1) Definition of user flows
