Refund and Returns Policy — Estudio Pacífico

At Estudio Pacífico, our goal is to deliver high-quality design and digital services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that in some cases you may not feel fully satisfied with the results. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the Launch Plan.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund only for the Launch Plan and only under the following conditions:

You are not happy or fully satisfied with the work delivered.

Your refund request is submitted within 10 days from the date of delivery of the first draft or deliverable.
2. Refund Amount
If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria:

Estudio Pacífico will refund 70% of the total amount paid for the Launch Plan.

The remaining 30% is retained to cover time, resources, and operational costs associated with the project.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:

The request is submitted after 10 days from delivery of the first draft.

Significant portions of the project have already been approved or delivered.

There is evidence of misuse, miscommunication, or lack of cooperation necessary to complete the project.

The client has already used the delivered assets or materials publicly or commercially.

5. Final Decisions
All refund decisions are made with fairness and transparency. Estudio Pacífico reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on compliance with the conditions outlined in this policy.
